Kořeny osobností is a joint project by Darina Miklovičová and Prague Botanical Garden. People leave a living reminder of their encounter with the garden.
How to read the catalogue
The official list contains 127 numbered entries. Some plantings are shared, while others were carried out by family or representatives. The number of entries therefore differs from the number of people or trees. Unknown years are not guessed, and historical conflicts are retained on detail pages.
Photography
Portraits and illustrative botanical species images are distinguished from photographs of specific plantings. Author and licence details appear on the relevant detail page.
