Věnceslava Hrdličková also Věna (September 15, 1924, Prague - January 20, 2016, Prague) was a leading Czech sinologist and Japanese historian.

She graduated from the Faculty of Arts at Charles University in 1950 and also earned a doctorate there. A scholarship took her to Harvard University from 1946 to 1948. Her academic career focused on Chinese and Japanese studies.
